Natalie is our HR expert, providing us with professional HR support and advice, combining experience and knowledge, but the personal touch a company of our size requires. Helping us make the most of a value asset – our people, so that we can focus on running our business.
We’ve been working with Natalie for around a year now, initially on an ad hoc level to help us get our paperwork in order – but now as our dedicated HR consultant to help manage this channel. Natalie is always available by phone or email and comes into the office each month to work with the team and have that presence, so people feel comfortable approaching and speaking to her.
Natalie has also taken on our mental health awareness efforts and is mental health first aider trained. She’s been talking to the team and identifying amazing things we can do as a company. At RedSprout, we asked for Natalie’s help when we began building a new team. We wanted to get some proper processes in place ready for future growth. Whitcombe HR have been extremely helpful in working with us to set up the recent GDPR requirements. We wouldn’t have known where to start, so having a professional person to oversee the implementation of our legal requirements was invaluable. It has also been great to have someone deal with staff appraisals and general staff issues we have on a constant basis, which is something we have found very time-consuming in the past, having to deal with it ourselves without the proper knowledge of our legal position. Natalie has set out a recruitment package that was perfect for our requirements.
