Whitcombe HR was established in 2017 by Natalie Whitcombe MCIPD, after spotting a gap in the South East for flexible and innovative HR Solutions. Before Whitcombe HR, Natalie spent over 12 years working in HR covering many different business sectors including financial institutions, web development, transportation/logistics, recruitment agencies, banking, engineering and manufacturing.
Natalie is passionate about HR and has a wealth of practical, hands-on experience from HR Administration to Strategic Change Management and everything in between.
At university, she studied Business with Human Resource Management, so from the beginning of her career she knew her passion was helping businesses with HR. At university, she was also the Vice President of Welfare and Education helping the students and the university with everything people related.
Completing her HR qualifications and becoming a Chartered MCIPD member has enabled her to expand her professional knowledge in her field.
Since 2017 Whitcombe HR has gone from strength to strength and now has other professionals working together to ensure the service to clients is outstanding, these include;
- Kendon Safety Contractor (IOSH qualified)- auditing and assisting with Health and Safety
- Heather Richardson (over 20 years HR experience) – Working with Natalie to assist all businesses with their HR needs
