Whitcombe HR is owned and run by me, Natalie Whitcombe. I have worked in Human Resources for over 12 years, my HR knowledge spans over many different business sectors including financial institutions, web development, transportation/logistics, recruitment agencies, Automotive, banking and manufacturing.
I have a wealth of practical, hands-on experience from HR Administration to Strategic Change Management and everything in between.
At university, I studied Business with Human Resource Management, so from the beginning of my career I knew my passion was helping businesses with HR. At university, I was also the Vice President of Welfare and Education helping the students and the university with everything people related.
Completing my HR qualifications and becoming a Chartered MCIPD member has enabled me to expand my professional knowledge in my field.
