“I’ve always known HR was the perfect job for me. Starting my own business and growing my client base has been the biggest adventure and helping businesses through the current climate has brought a whole new depth to what HR means to me. Taking a particular focus on mental health, it is extremely important to me to ensure that all of my clients are equipped to look after the wellbeing of their employees”.

JESS WILLIAMS

HR Assistant

“I began my journey into HR 8 years ago, discovering my passion for working with and for people to create a cohesive and positive workplace for all. I am a true HR generalist but I particularly enjoy recruitment, policy, legislation and reward and recognition. I had been searching for the perfect HR role within a small woman led consultancy business and I have found it with Whitcombe HR.”
